There are as many cameras as there are challenges.
The Target Spectrum Camera is a real-time evaluation camera equipped with spectral algorithms tailored to your specific challenges and objectives (targets). We will propose the
optimal camera system tailored to your on-site environment.

Examples of Algorithms for Target Spectrum Cameras
The Target Spectrum Camera can be equipped with a variety of spectral algorithms.
Other Examples of Target Spectrum Cameras
Vital Sign Camera
This camera measures heart rate and tissue oxygen saturation (STO2) in real time using non-contact technology. We are currently conducting clinical trials and collaborative research with medical institutions such as the Japanese Red Cross Medical Center and the Department of Cardiology at the University of Tokyo School of Medicine. The technology is expected to have a wide range of applications, including driver monitoring, use in smart homes, and worker health management. (Patent granted)
Release Agent Visualization Camera
This camera enables real-time visualization of release agent coating distribution. When used in combination with fluorescent release agents manufactured by Yushiro Co., Ltd., it allows for the visualization of coating distribution. As part of efforts to reduce the amount of release agent applied, it can help improve the efficiency of application methods, such as optimizing nozzle positioning.
Moisture Camera
This camera visualizes moisture distribution in real time. Equipped with spectral algorithms, it can accurately assess moisture levels in a variety of subjects, including soil, hair, and human skin. Some models are also capable of distinguishing between oil and water, as well as ice and water.
Concrete Salt Concentration Assessment Camera
This camera enables the non-contact, non-destructive assessment of salt concentration in concrete. Because it can evaluate large areas quickly, combining it with conventional inspection methods (such as tapping tests and X-ray fluorescence analysis) allows for the establishment of a more efficient inspection process.
Do you face any of these challenges?
There are certain elements we want to visualize in real time, but existing technologies make it difficult to evaluate them.
We want to inspect subtle differences that cannot be detected by visual inspection or standard machine vision cameras.
I want to develop objective evaluation metrics rather than relying on subjective human judgment.
We currently perform destructive testing, but we are looking for a technology that allows us to inspect the subject non-destructively.

Spectrum Consulting: Solving Your Challenges
Drawing on our extensive analytical database and numerous successful implementation cases, we provide spectral consulting tailored to solve your specific challenges.
Development and implementation of algorithms tailored to the specific subject to be visualized
We will develop a spectral algorithm that enables real-time (at video frame rate) evaluation of the subject the customer wishes to measure, and integrate it into the camera system.
